Vrable is located E of Nitra.

The last known Jewish burial was in 1969. The flat urban isolated location has no sign or marker. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all via a masonry wall and locking gate. The size of the cemetery before 1939 and now is 30x100 meters. 20-100 19th-20th century marble, granite, and sandstone flat shaped tombstones or finely smoothed and inscribed stones are in original locations. Inscriptions are Hebrew, German, and Hungarian. The property is Jewish cemetery only. Adjacent properties are residential. Private visitors stop rarely. Local authorities re-erected stones, cleared vegetation, and fixed wall and gate. Occasionally, authorities clean and clear the site.  Vandalism is a moderate threat.
