Vinica is located in Velky Krtis, S of Banska Stiavnica. Last known Jewish burial was in 1987. The suburban agricultural hillside, separate but near other cemeteries, has no sign or marker. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all via a fence and non-locking gate. Present size of the cemetery is 10x10 meters. 1-20 19th-20th century marble and granite flat shaped tombstones or finely smoothed and inscribed stones are in original locations. Inscriptions are Hebrew and Hungarian. The property is Jewish cemetery only. Adjacent properties are agricultural. Private visitors visit occasionally. Individuals clear or clean occasionally. No threats.
