Tvrdosin is located in Dolny Kubin, N of Liptovsky Mikulas. Between fields and woods, the hillside, separate but near other cemeteries, has no sign or marker. Reached by turning off a public road, access is open to all via a broken masonry wall without gate. 20-100 19th-20th century marble and sandstone flat shaped stones, some with carved relief decorations, with Hebrew inscriptions are in original locations. There are marked mass graves. Properties adjacent are agricultural. Occasionally, private visitors stop. It is smaller now than it was before WWII. Within the cemetery is a pre-burial house. Vegetation is a moderate threat.
