Tesarske Mlynany is located NE of Nitra. Last known Jewish burial was in 1933. The suburban hillside, separate but near other cemeteries, has no sign or marker. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all without gate or walls. 1-20 19th-20th century marble and granite flat shaped tombstones or finely smoothed and inscribed tombstones with Hebrew and German inscriptions are in original locations. Adjacent properties are cemetery. The cemetery is visited rarely. Pollution is a moderate threat; vegetation is a serious threat, disturbing stones; vandalism is a very serious threat.
