Preselany is located in Topolcany, N of Nitra. The flat urban site, separate but near other cemeteries, has no sign or marker. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all via a masonry wall and a fence, but no gate. Present size of the cemetery is 60x30 meters. 1-20 19th-20th century marble, granite, sandstone, and other materials flat shaped tombstones or finely smoothed and inscribed stones with Hebrew and German inscriptions are in original locations. Adjacent properties are residential. The pre- and post-1939 boundaries are the same. The cemetery is visited rarely. Security and pollution are moderate threats; vandalism is a serious threat.

UPDATE: I recently visited the cemetery and took number of pictures. The cemetery is fenced off, but I jumped the fence and freely moved around the cemetery for about 2 hours without any hindrance. The cemetery is in an awful state, with almost all graves covered by grass. Locals I spoke with believe that  the cemetery should be restored since it has historical value. Source: Andrew Blum.
