Nizna Sebastova is located NE of Presov. The isolated flat urban location reached by turning directly off a public road is open to all via a broken masonry wall and a non-locking gate. 20-100 18th-20th century marble, granite, sandstone, and other materials flat shaped tombstones or flat gravestones with carved relief decoration with Hebrew inscriptions are in original locations. Adjacent properties are residential. Occasionally, private visitors stop. Within the cemetery are an ohel and a pre-burial house with Hebrew wall inscriptions. Pollution, vegetation, and vandalism are very serious threats.
