Brezno is located E of Banska Bystrica. The suburban hillside is part of a municipal cemetery with no sign or marker. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all via a masonry wall with a non-locking gate. 100-500 19th-20th century flat shaped or finely smoothed marble, granite, and other materials tombstones in original locations have and Hebrew and German inscriptions. Some have metal fences around graves. The site is Jewish cemetery only. Adjacent properties are agricultural. Occasionally, private visitors stop. Vegetation is a moderate threat.
