Gmina Koprzywnica is an urban-rural administrative district in Sandomierz County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in south-central Poland 16 kilometres (10 mi) SW of Sandomierz and 76 km (47 mi) SE of the regional capital Kielce with a 2006 population is 7,043 (in Koprzywnica 2,531) with villages and settlements of Beszyce, Błonie, Ciszyca, Dmosice, Gnieszowice, Kamieniec, Krzcin, Łukowiec, Niedźwice, Postronna, Sośniczany, Trzykosy, Zarudcze, Zbigniewice and Zbigniewice-Kolonia. Gmina Koprzywnica is bordered by the city of Tarnobrzeg. Holocaust memoir. Cemetery is on Lesna Street with two visible matzevot. No Holocaust memorial. The synagogue was destroyed by the Nazis.
