Streatham Jewish Cemetery, Rowan Road, Greyhound Lane SW16. (West End Great Synagogue) +07946 809 334 (mobile number). Also called Rowan Road Cemetery. The Jewish Cemetery is part of the large Streatham Park Cemetey.
Founded: 1915 and opened by the West End Chesed V'emith Burial Society; 5.5 acres. Most of burials here are those of eastern European origin who settled in the Soho area of London, working as tailors, cabinetmakers, shopkeepers etc. [Fall 1999]
