Alternate names: Nova Gradiška [Croa], Újgradiska [Hun], Neu-Gradiska [Ger], Nova Újgradiska, Neu-Gradischka. 45°15' N, 17°23' E, in Slavonia, 31 miles W of Slavonski Brod, near the border with Bosnia. Jewish population: 207 (in 1931).

Synagogue was built in 1925, damaged in 1941, and sold in 1949. Jewish Community, established in 18/19th century, ended in 1941.
